We tailor all our sessions to meet the specific needs of each of our clients. We can design targeted workshops to address any specific problems you are encountering, or you may prefer to use them to lead a wider culture change rollout.

Sessions are delivered by our highly experienced facilitators – or we can train and accredit your own people via our ‘Train the Trainer’ programme.

All of our sessions include tried and tested decision-making and personal effectiveness techniques to overcome the initial fear of tackling challenging situations – and are illustrated with first hand and documented accounts of household names behaving unacceptably towards colleagues.

We also supply every delegate with our Active Bystander toolkit – a take-home booklet containing assertive verbal and non-verbal language techniques to use when mounting a challenge or reporting bad behaviour.

Direct training

Direct training is delivered in the form of group workshops. The usual duration of each session is one hour, though we can extend this at your request.

Sessions are booked in half days (normally two sessions) or full days (normally four sessions).
